e-Learning
Instructional design and e-learning are at the core of my professional experience. Good e-learning is all about designing for the learner. It’s about determining the need-to-know information and then creating exercises and content layout that are engaging and correspond to the learning objectives. Really, creating good elearning is just like creating a good ad campaign or web site. It’s about understanding the end-user and the project objectives and designing to those requirements.§
